WHAT'S THE PROCESS OF HOME STAGING?

Initial Communication:

We will talk to you via phone or email. We will provide you an estimated cost of staging your house according to the information we've received.

Property Assessment:

We will arrange an appointment to see the house in person. The visit typically takes around 30 minutes for us to take photos and measurements of the house.

Quotation Approval:

Once we have seen the property, we can confirm a formal quotation via email with an installation date. 

Staging Installation:

On staging day, we will install the furnishings into the house. Home staging installations take between 2 – 6 hours to complete.

De-staging:

At the end of your hire period, we will arrange a time to come and remove all the furnishings from the property so that the house is all ready for its new owners!
